Arizona State University recently issued the following announcement.
The EAO staff, with help from mental health providers in our community, will take 10 to 15 minutes to review a resiliency skill and provide a personalized practice exercise to ensure you, your teams and family members are well equipped to navigate a new way of living.
Hosted by Amber Wonder with Employee Wellness, our goal is to provide tools and resources that can be implemented by anyone to bolster our resiliency. Skill sessions will be followed by an open Q&A or group discussion. Drop in or drop off as desired.
These skills are applicable to help cope with COVID-related stressors as well as good practice for responding to typical life events to ensure your health and well being as well as those of your team, families and those you care about most.
