Of the 2,494 people living in Heber-Overgaard CDP in 2020, 43.9 percent (1,094) were women and 56.1 percent (1,400) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Arizona News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 52. In the 65 and over age range, there were 398 females and 567 males.
