34.1% of households in McNary received food stamps in 2020

McNary ranked 70th in Arizona for the percentage of households receiving food stamps in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

There were 46 McNary households (34.1 percent) who received food stamps. McNary's population was 771 in 2020.

The city with the largest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Nutrioso, which had 95 of 95 households receiving food stamps, 65.9 percent more than McNary. In 2020 the population of Nutrioso was 407.

The city with the lowest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Saddlebrooke, which had 24 of 6,518 households receiving food stamps, 33.7 percent less than McNary. In 2020 the population of Saddlebrooke was 12,327.
