Jonnel has been a pillar in her department for 18 years. She is a great resource for our communities and a passionate advocate for public health services and issues. Jonnel was essential in keeping our office open and operating throughout COVID, and the last year performed her job and covered the vacant front desk position without complaint.
If you need to know where to refer customers for anything or how to perform a task, JoJo likely knows the answer and how to direct you. She has a photographic memory, is thorough and concise in her work, has a high level of integrity, and is reliable and dedicated.
