Snowflake Unified District Education: 2,761 Students were enrolled in schools in 2022-23 school year

There were 2,761 students enrolled in Snowflake Unified District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.5% more than the 2,721 in the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Out of the total students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52.3% of them were boys, and 47.7% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 77% of the Snowflake Unified District total enrollment.

Snowflake Unified District roughly covers schools within Navajo County and has a main office in Snowflake.

Among the six schools in Snowflake Unified District, Snowflake High School recorded the highest enrollment of 884 students in the 2022-23 school year.

WalletHub claimed Arizona’s school system ranked among the worst across U.S. for class size, performance, funding, safety, and instructors’ credentials.
