Barrett-Jackson, The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions, has announced that it will be hosting a new event in Scottsdale in the fall of 2024. The Scottsdale Fall Auction will take place from October 10-13 at WestWorld of Scottsdale. This addition to Barrett-Jackson's calendar comes as a response to the demand from car enthusiasts and the success of their previous auction held in Scottsdale in October 2020.

Mayor David D. Ortega expressed his excitement about the Scottsdale Fall Auction, stating, "Barrett-Jackson places Scottsdale on the world stage, so of course the Scottsdale Fall Auction makes even more sense. Visitors, residents, and avid car collectors will have one more reason to fall in love with Scottsdale."

Craig Jackson, Barrett-Jackson Chairman and CEO, highlighted the company's commitment to listening to their customers and expanding their events based on their feedback. He stated, "After we hosted an auction in Scottsdale in October 2020, we received incredible feedback on how everyone enjoyed coming to this destination city that time of year. For more than 50 years, we've made Scottsdale the epicenter of the collector car universe every January, and we look forward to solidifying that title year-round in 2024."

The four-day Scottsdale Fall Auction will feature new entertainment and lifestyle elements, enhancing the guest experience and building anticipation for the iconic nine-day Scottsdale Auction held every January. Steve Davis, President of Barrett-Jackson, explained the reason behind adding a fall auction, saying, "The demand for Barrett-Jackson, and particularly this location here in Scottsdale, has led to an increasingly unprecedented number of consignments for our January auction, with hundreds of significant quality vehicles being deferred to other auctions every year. I'm confident that bringing two events to this city will help satisfy the appetite we're seeing from enthusiasts across the board."

Barrett-Jackson's 2024 auction calendar will now include the annual Scottsdale Auction in January, the Palm Beach Auction in April, and the new Scottsdale Fall Auction in October. More information about the Scottsdale Fall Auction and its entertainment elements will be announced at a later date.
