There were 2,824 students enrolled in Navajo County Snowflake Unified District schools in 2024-25 school year

Snowflake Unified District had the highest enrollment among Navajo County districts, welcoming 2,824 students during the 2024-25 academic year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 51.6% were boys, and 48.4% were girls.

Data also showed that the majority of students in Snowflake Unified District were white, representing 76.2% of the total enrollment.

Among the 12 districts in Navajo County, Show Low Unified District ranked second in enrollment numbers with 2,394 students, while Whiteriver Unified District welcomed 2,228 students and ranked third in the 2024-25 school year.

Snowflake Unified District roughly covers schools within Navajo County and has a main office in Snowflake.

In the previous school year, Snowflake Unified District also had the highest number of students among Navajo County districts.

Arizona ranks dead last in educational success among U.S. states, according to World Population Review, which graded states based on K–12 performance, funding, higher education, and safety.
