City of Safford issued the following announcement on July 29.
14th Avenue will be open to traffic starting on Wednesday August 4th, 2021.
Additional work will still be underway with the road open.
Please obey all posted construction signs and use caution when travelling through project areas. Let's keep everyone safe.
