On June 28, 2022, the Arizona Corporation Commission held their regularly scheduled public meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. Mayor Spence Udall, Police Chief Lance Spivey, and Assistant Fire Chief Jason Kirk provided public comment to the Commission. After lengthy discussion on several items, the Arizona Corporation Commission is drafting a Order of Remedy and in the next several weeks an Emergency Town Hall will be held in the City of St. Johns, Arizona. This meeting will be attended by the Commissioners and executives from Frontier Communications. One the date is finalized an update will be posted. This is a chance for anyone who has been affected by these outages to provide public comment to the Commission. This is a victory for Apache and Navajo Counties.
