Board of Supervisors Vice-Chair Alberto L. Peshlakai and Supervisor Fern Benally hosted Michael Connor, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works), and Colonel Balten, Commander of the Army Corps Los Angeles District, to tour the Winslow Levee and plan for its reconstruction.
