Scottsdale Video Network telecasts 24/7 on Cox Cable channel 11 and our live stream. Additionally, City Council, Planning Commission and Development Review Board meetings are streamed live on our YouTube channel.

2023 MLK Celebration – Scottsdale’s celebration serves as a signature event for the entire valley that includes nationally renowned speakers representing a myriad of diversity perspectives honoring the history and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  Dr. Benjamin Chavis, CEO & President of the National Newspaper Publishers Association, is this year’s keynote speaker. Saturdays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m.

Arizona Wildlife Views – This Emmy winning program takes you across Arizona to explore all the great recreational and wildlife opportunities the Grand Canyon state has to offer. Thursdays and Fridays at 4:30 and 9:30 a.m.; 1:30, 5:30, 8:30 and 11:30 p.m.

Blue Zones Project | Launch Event – In partnership with the city of Scottsdale, HonorHealth, Cigna Healthcare, and Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona are announcing the launch of Blue Zones Project in Scottsdale to help residents live better, longer lives. Blue Zones Project is a comprehensive initiative that transforms the environments where people live, work, learn, and play to measurably improve community well-being, resilience, and economic vitality. Tuesdays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m.

Blue Zones Project | Well-Being in Scottsdale – Professor Jan-Emmanuel De Neve from the Wellbeing Research Centre at University of Oxford presents data from a well-being survey of Scottsdale. Tuesdays at 3 and 8 a.m.; noon, 4, 7 and 10 p.m.

Building Hoover Dam – Learn about how one of the 7 wonders of the industrial world was built. Watch historical footage of the construction of Hoover Dam in this film produced by the U.S. Department of the Interior in the 1950s. Fridays at 2:30, 7:30 and 11:30 a.m.; 3:30, 6:30 and 9:30 p.m.

Grow Strong & Healthy Trees in the Desert – Learn how to select and know where and when to plant your desert tree so you can grow strong and healthy trees. Tuesdays at 4:30 and 9:30 a.m.; 1:30, 5:30, 8:30 and 11:30 p.m. Watch it now.

Hashknife Pony Express – The Hashknife riders recreate the oldest officially sanctioned Pony Express in the world, from Payson to Scottsdale. Wednesdays at 4:30 and 9:30 a.m.; 1:30, 5:30, 8:30 and 11:30 p.m.

Legends of Airpower – Fifty-two men and women who made America’s air power the most respected in the world are profiled in this award-winning series. The series features exclusive interviews with Legends such as Chuck Yeager, Jim Lovell, Buzz Aldrin, and Paul Tibbetts. Spanning the first century of flight, “Legends of Airpower” effortlessly relates the life and times of these heroes. Mondays at 2, 2:30, 7, 7:30, 11 and 11:30 a.m.; 3, 3:30, 6, 6:30, 9 and 9:30 p.m.; Wednesdays at 3, 3:30, 8, and 8:30 a.m.; noon, 12:30, 4, 4:30, 7, 7:30, 10 and 10:30 p.m.

Living with Urban Wildlife – Living in the Sonoran Desert means sharing our home with a variety of animals including coyotes, javelinas and bobcats. Learn what attracts wildlife, how to live with wildlife in our neighborhoods and how to reduce human-wildlife conflicts. Mondays at 3:30 and 8:30 a.m.; 12:30, 4:30, 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. Watch it now.

Neighborhood College – These programs help provide residents, neighborhood groups and homeowners associations with the information, resources and tools needed to become effective neighborhood leaders. Sundays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m. Watch it now.

Operation Glen Canyon – Learn about how Glen Canyon Dam was built. Watch historical footage of the construction in this film produced by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in the 1950s. Fridays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m.

Pinnace Peak History – From geology to golf, the greater Pinnacle Peak area has something for every interest. Scottsdale historian Joan Fudala presents a photo-rich history of what is the geographic center of Scottsdale – the greater Pinnacle Peak area. Come wax nostalgic about Rawhide, Reata Pass, Pinnacle Peak Patio, Curry’s Corner, the Skins Games and more, focusing on the people and places of local legend and lore. Scottsdale Leadership History Panel – Scottsdale Historian Joan Fudala moderates a panel discussion with some prominent figures involved in significant historical events that have shaped the Scottsdale of today. Thursdays at 3 and 8 a.m.; noon, 4, 7 and 10 p.m.; Saturdays at 3:30 and 8:30 a.m.; 12:30, 4:30, 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. 

Scottsdale Memorial for the Fallen Dedication – Residents of the Scottsdale area, including nearby Native American communities, have served with distinction in the United States military for more than 100 years. During the nation's armed conflicts and in the course of military duty, 66 of those service members have made the ultimate sacrifice. Their names are now permanently engraved on the granite faces of the Scottsdale Memorial for the Fallen. The new memorial was dedicated Saturday, March 18, at Scottsdale City Hall’s Memorial Lawn. Wednesdays at 2, 7 and 11 a.m.; 3, 6 and 9 p.m.

Veterans AZ – Veterans AZ celebrates veterans across the great state of Arizona and highlights their stories and accomplishments. Episodes of this video discussion program (also released as a podcast) feature some amazing people who have served our nation, and others who serve them – from the many wonderful organizations that support the veterans in our community. Mondays at 3 and 8 a.m.; noon, 4, 7 and 10 p.m.; Wednesdays at 4 and 9 a.m.; 1, 5, 8 and 11 p.m. Visit VeteransAZ.org for more information.

Veterans Day Commemoration – This year’s keynote speaker is Michael McLaughlin, Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (retired), who had a 30-year career in the U.S. Naval Submarine force. Michael graduated from high school in Mesa, Arizona, and is a 1981 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. Sundays at 4 and 9 a.m.; 1, 5, 8 and 11 p.m.
