Apache County Library District issued the following announcement on Aug. 24.
We'd like you to meet Ted Newman, Facilities and Construction Supervisor for the Apache County Library District.
With the District since 2012, and in his current position since 2017, Ted is a native of Arizona. He was born in Glendale, but wanted to get out of the city, so moved to Apache County.
Ted states "I am married to my wonderful wife Karin and have one son. Helping people and fixing things in what I like best about my job. I have been very fortunate to work with very talented and intelligent people at the Library. I have met many great people as a result of working with our patrons. I've built hundreds of houses for others in my life and I came up here to build one for my family."
If you see Ted around, be sure to introduce yourself and get to know him. You'll be glad you did!
