On Leadership is a conference-style seminar exclusively for Next Generation Service Corps (NGSC) student members. Through the On Leadership
Seminar, we aim to build community within NGSC and inspire our students while training them on practical aspects of leadership and professionalism.
Outside speakers from the nonprofit, public and private sectors teach and lead students in breakout sessions, panels and keynote addresses during this
annual event.
