Kayenta Unified School District #27 Education: 1,642 Students were enrolled in 2022-23 school year

There were 1,642 students enrolled in Kayenta Unified School District #27 in the 2022-23 school year, 0.2% more than the 1,639 in the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Out of the total students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52.7% of them were boys, and 47.3% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were American Indian or Alaskan Native, representing 96.1% of the Kayenta Unified School District #27 total enrollment.

Kayenta Unified School District #27 roughly covers schools within Navajo County and has a main office in Kayenta.

Among the three schools in Kayenta Unified School District #27, Monument Valley High School recorded the highest enrollment of 659 students in the 2022-23 school year.
